Ingredients
  • 4 avocados
  • 220 g cocoa powder
  • 160 ml coconut milk
  • 140 g maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla pod

Instructions
  1. Peel, pit and dice the avocados into 5cm chunks.
  2. Add the diced avocados, cacao powder, coconut milk and maple syrup into a food processor.
  3. Slice the vanilla pod in half and scrape the seeds into the food processor with the rest of the ingredients and mix in the food process one minute approximately.
  4. Scrape down the sides to remove any mixture from the edge of the bowl and mix again for a further minute.
  5. Evenly distribute the mixture into eight short tumblers and place into the fridge for at least 15 minutes or until they’re ready to serve.
