Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 cup vegetable stock gluten free
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Fry off the onion of garlic.
  2. Make a roux with the flour and stock, adding and mixing slowly to create a thick consistency.
  3. Add the tamari and season to taste.
Recipe Notes

For a family size potion, double the quantities.
